MIP researchers on the 2021 Stanford University top 2% of scientists
It has recently come to my attention that Stanford University publishes a list of the top 2% of scientists and engineers in the world, based on citation data from Scopus.
Baas, Jeroen; Boyack, Kevin; Ioannidis, John P.A. (2021), “August 2021 data-update for "Updated science-wide author databases of standardized citation indicators"”, Mendeley Data, V3, doi: 10.17632/btchxktzyw.3
as Table_1_Authors_singleyr_2020_wopp_extracted_202108.xlsx (67 MB)
and features:
- Guenter Wulff (39887),
- Klaus Mosbach (63143)
- Kenneth Shea (56837)
- Boerje Sellergren (51099)
- Karsten Haupt (21398)
- Sergey Piletsky (69530)
- Franz Dickert (146566)

The number in parentheses after each name is the line on the Excel spreadsheet where that name occurs.
I am sure that there are more MIP researchers in the list, post any more you find in the comments!
